- Steps for mapping and modeling processes: from macro to micro - Value Chain, EPC Column, BPMN, RACI and SIPOC
- Good process mapping and modeling practices: points of attention to ensure effective process reengineering
- Quantification of gains: how to present the added value of process reengineering - working on drivers for increasing revenue and reducing costs in project cases
- Lesson based on examples/cases and practical exercises
