The Process Management course presents an approach for mapping, modeling, and identifying opportunities in business processes, leading to improved organizational performance!
The classes are suitable for students in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Systems and will be held in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Certificate: Students with an attendance greater than 75% will earn a certificate
