Asset and Parts Management; Technical Support and Equipment Repair; Event Support and Office Maintenance; Assistance to the Information Security Team; Account and License Management; Automation and Documentation.

Possibility to work as an internship for at least 2 years; Intermediate English is necessary for technical understanding and effective communication in technical contexts; Excellent communication skills and ability to document procedures in a clear and objective manner; Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as general knowledge of IT infrastructure; Differentials include experience with cloud platforms such as Google Suite and Microsoft 365, knowledge in AWS infrastructure, management of security solutions such as BitDefender and skills of programming in Google Script, Shell Script or Python; It is important to have basic knowledge about structured cabling, network devices, and security cameras; Some knowledge of electronics and integrated circuit components (motherboard, controller board, automation relays, IoT devices, etc.) is desirable.
