MarĂlia Rocca, our guest at this webinar, began her career at Walmart and was the first director general of Endeavor Brasil, an NGO that supports innovative entrepreneurship in the country. She has served as general director of Ticket in Brazil, a brand that is part of the company Edenred Group. He also served on the board of the companies CVC, IBMEC and Mother Earth. She is currently a member of the Board and coordinator of the Santander Brazil Sustainability Committee and also CEO of the Hinode Group since November 2018.
Newton Ribeiro, a partner at Visagio, is an advisor to Casas Pedro e Mundo PET. Specialist in organizational structuring, M&A, management & governance, he also served as CEO of Grupo UNI.co for five years.
Andréa Costa, a Visagio partner, specializes in the topic of efficiency and has experience in OBZ, cost reduction and process optimization.
