Vacancy Description
We are looking for committed, proactive people with strong organizational capacity. Here, you will be part of the Visagio Group's HR team and will work in the Personal Department area. In addition to working with the internal and external public, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to work on other projects on our internal fronts.
Responsibilities and attributions
- Carry out the processing of payroll, vacation, terminations and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and union laws;
- Register and keep employee information updated in internal systems;
- Prepare management reports and monitor HR indicators;
- Assist employees to clarify questions related to payroll, benefits, and labor issues;
- Assist in complying with ancillary obligations, such as eSocial, DIRF, RAIS and CAGED;
- Support internal audits and controls related to the PD area.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Human Resources, Accounting or related areas;
- Previous experience in Personal Department (DP) routines;
- Knowledge in labor and social security law;
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g.: Dominium, ADP, TOTVS, Senior);
- Intermediate or advanced Excel;
- Attention to detail, organization, and analytical capacity.
